Reconciliation Action Plan

31.05.2021

Our Reconciliation Action Plan is guided by our Diversity & Inclusion principles.

As a world leader in the resources and agricultural sectors operating across a range of geographies where Indigenous peoples are Traditional Custodians of the land, we have a responsibility to recognise and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Through our commitment to developing and implementing a RAP every three years, our Australian operations recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Owners of this land. The plan sets out our commitment to generating long-term economic and social opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, while preserving and celebrating the rich cultural histories of the First Peoples of Australia, for future generations to enjoy.

Following the Reconciliation Australia RAP Framework, IPL’s current RAP is the 2021-2023 Innovate RAP and outlines a number of public commitments under the focus areas: Relationships, Respect and Opportunities.

The RAP defines a set of measurable goals for IPL to achieve by 31 May 2023.
