Interim Chief Financial Officer Appointment

Incitec Pivot Limited (ASX:IPL) today announced the appointment of Chris Opperman as Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective from today, following the previously announced departure of Nick Stratford from IPL.
IPL’s Managing Director and CEO, Jeanne Johns, said: “Chris has been with IPL for 11 years, holding key leadership positions in the finance organisation. Most recently, Chris has been CFO for our Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific business. Previous leadership roles include IPL’s Investor Relations Manager and General Manager of Group Finance. Chris’ broad experience makes him well credentialed for the interim CFO role whilst we complete an international executive search for a new CFO.”
