The diversity of our sites, regions working arrangements means you can choose the style of work that best fits your individual lifestyle priorities. Despite preconceptions of what ‘camp-life’ might be like, we know you’ll find the culture is in fact welcoming, supportive and inclusive, offering assorted social and leisure activities. And while it may be daunting to consider a full-relocation, you’ll be greeted with the warmth of a family-feel community.

 

   

 Fly-in/Fly-out

Due to the location of some of our remote sites, you may work on a fly in/fly out (FIFO) roster. You will usually be based within a metro city or major regional city and commute to work by plane to one of our sites around Australia. While most people are usually based in the closest city to each site, there may be options for you to salary sacrifice flights from other locations in Australia. 

This style of working offers an extra FIFO allowance on top of your base salary, as well as accommodation and meals while you are on site. Our FIFO sites also have a great working environment, with a warm community feel and modern facilities including swimming pools, tennis courts and gyms. 
    Regional and remote residential

We have residential options on offer where you can live within and become part of the local community. While there are numerous remote or regional regions we work through, a large portion of our teams have made their home in either Moranbah, Mt Isa, Kalgoorlie or Port Hedland. 

If you choose this style of work, you will be supported with relocation assistance and additional allowances for living in remote/ regional locations. You will have more lifestyle options to create new networks, join community and sporting groups while developing your career. With less commuting time to and from work, you can find the space and community away from the daily trappings of city life. 
     Metro residential

We also have various opportunities based in major metro and regional cities, which can be a unique offering within the resource and agriculture sectors. Brisbane for instance is the corporate office for our Dyno Nobel business, and is also the home base for some of our Engineering and Technician roles.
