Nick Saunders heads up Incitec Pivot's business in Tasmania in very aspect of operations from sales to distribution across the State. Nick is based at incitec Pivot's Devonport Primary Distribution Centre.

Nick grew up on a dairy farm at Burnie and worked for a transport company before joining Incitec Pivot at Howth in 1995.

Lester Rainbow is Area Sales Manager for North East Tasmania and Flinders Island.

He has enjoyed almost a decade with the company, starting as the Site Manager at Scottsdale.

Lester has been involved in various businesses prior to his time at Incitec Pivot, including a family owned hotel, service station, small farm, and Coles Myer.

Brett McGlone

Brett McGlone is Area Sales Manager for North West Tasmania covering the region west of Burnie including King Island.

Brett first worked in fertilisers sales in the 1990s before leaving to manage his beef enterprise full-time. But five years ago he got back on the road, taking soil tests and recommending fertiliser programs for farms with Incitec Pivot.

He started as an apprentice on a vegetable growing property, went through agricultural college at Glenormiston in Western Victoria and also worked as a farm manger.

Darryl has recently joined Incitec Pivot after a 25-year career with the Department of Primary Industries where he worked as an agricultural officer throughout the state, while based in Launceston.

Ian Townsend

Ian Townsend has joined Incitec Pivot Limited as Area Sales Manager, covering the central north of Tasmania.

He is looking after the fertiliser needs of farmers from Deloraine through to Burnie, who are mainly involved in cropping, dairying and beef.

Ian is well qualified to help farmers after growing up on a dairy farm at Riana. He has also spent the last three years working for a local rural merchandise company from

Ulverstone.

Ian returned to northern Tasmania with his wife Marcia, after working in Sydney in the hospitality industry for five years. 

They have two sons, two-year-old Jakeb and their newest arrival, Mikah, who is two months old.
